The Crockett Trace park will reopen to the public on March 10th, 2021 (per Governor Abbot's Executive Order).
We will actively monitor the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) current events and heed to the local officials of Montgomery County by taking the necessary steps to limit the exposure and spread of the virus. We apologize for the inconvenience during this time of uncertainty, as the safety of our community and it's members is our top priority.
On behalf of your Board of Directors.
Dear Crockett Trace Owners,
The neighborhood was set up nearly 20 years ago and has remained basically unchanged since established. The Board would like to propose and amendment to the DCC&R's (Declarations, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) that refer to the HOA's plat's use of the Reserve areas. Currently the restrictions state that the Crockett Trace HOA's designated Reserves cannot be used for anything other than a Detention Area. The Board would like to lessen the restrictions and enable our community some flexibility in the use of our Reserves. We would like to define the purpose as an additional common area for the residents that could in the future be used for parks, walking track, or anything deemed as beneficial for the association.
In order to achieve this flexibility, the Board is proposing to amend the Declarations which would require a 67% of the voting membership to vote in approval of the proposed amendment to designate these Reserves for other uses. We ask that you please consider this amendment so the Association has future options for other common area or use for our members.
The Board of Directors would like to thank all of the members for your continued support.
